UI and Discord Feedback Forum

Discord's UI is near-universally agreed to be bad. It's hard to use, inconvenient, causes moderation problems and access problems, and worst of all, causes pain, headaches, harm, to users with accessibility issues. The majority of your users have used this forum, your contact email, and more, to let you know this, but you did nothing.

First, understand that the decision to push a thing that harms people to use it is not only highly unethical, it is also illegal. You've opened yourself to numerous legal consequences. You could have avoided this.

Second, you provide this forum, contact email, and in-app feedback (plus the apple and google app stores), as places to report problems. You obviously don't listen to them. Providing false contact information is not legal, and I encourage the other users who are reading this to stop using this method and find ways to directly contact discord.

To the other users: thank you for trying. I recommend you go find their real contact information, or use platforms such as Revolt, Matrix, Spacebar, or others.
