If you send two tickets under the same issue, the newer one gets “solved” case automatically to avoid duplication. Try to check if you don't have any other tickets with the same issue.
All you can do is wait patiently, because sending multiple replies or tickets will only slow down the process.

I think if you click on the ticket and scroll all the way down, there should be “mark as solved” button under “add a comment”, but i haven't seen it on all of my tickets, it might be because i sent so many responds to there and it was marked as solved already after the automated response so ..
If you can't do anything with it, all you can do is wait. Or reply to the open ticket, providing them more information (if that's what you want to do)

I wish you the best of luck. Discord cares little to nothing about its customers. I've been waiting for two months, and still no response. All of my friends are on discord. I wish there was a way we could switch, but there's no way I can get everybody to!

Yeah, I've been through the same, got my account disabled by a hacker and my ticket now gets “solved” without a more in-depth response :\

Discord does not care about its users. Discord just wants subscriptions for their nitro. They've gotten so big they can just ignore you. I swear I'm gonna buy a plane ticket to California and knock on their door!

I am painfully aware of that reality. I wonder if there is some sort of legality issue regarding their support. I really want to contact a lawyer

I think I'm just going to give up. and just make a point to everybody I speak to if they have Nitro, tell them to cancel it after telling them my story. I've already gotten fifteen of my friends to cancel their Nitro accounts!

It's been longer than a month now and I've made multiple tickets with multiple emails and replies. Only received two of the usual automated bot responses then radio silence. Every ticket I make gets marked as resolved. Very much stressful having to worry about my account being deleted whilst dealing with this.

After 23 days, the unjust violation was removed from both of my accounts and I received an email to reset my password and get access to them again. What's funny is that I got my two accounts back despite no one answering my tickets. I guess that's how they work sometimes.

So basically I have submitted several tickets, which are all automaticall getting put as solved after like some minutes.. is there any hope on getting any support from them despite the ticket being marked as solved???
Or what the hell am I supposed to do, they don't respond anywhere and I am not getting any kind of proper answer despite automated bot messages… I really don't know what to do…
