why is the support so slow?

my account was disabled 6 days ago for being underaged. since then i am waiting for a response to my verification that i am NOT underaged. 

all my tickets have been marked as solved but nothing is solved.

can they please be a bit faster?! i want my account back!

    Same things happening to me, account was disabled over a week ago. Sent in multiple appeals, they say solved and im still disabled.

    Akuzai thats really shitty. I really hope that they’ll answer soon and we’ll get our accounts back..

    Yea my account was disabled on the 20th and I opened a ticket and IT Got “solved” status instantly and i opened tickets and they Got “solved” instantly.

    The reason why Discord support is basicly underdevelopement.

    You see discord had a big member increasing in past few years. This was way too unexpected and Discord din't had time to plan something, 

    and beacuse of this bigger community Discord support starting to get way too tickets in national(English based) and International (spanish, french etc.) Langauges. Which beacuse of only main income being nitro, Discord couldnt upgrade their support for community THIS big.

    It takes 3 minutes max to check a ticket, look at a picture, and re-enable an account. It shouldn't be taking weeks.

    same situation here my account was disabled 4 days ago I sent multiple tickets they all appear solved but my account is still disabled. it's like support doesn't care they just want their paychecks so they screen our requests without doing anything about them

    Are you guys still waiting for your accounts? Mine got disabled over 2 weeks ago. I sent my appeal with proof IMMEDIATELY but nobody has even looked at it!!
