Many Discord members from our servers not getting any notification.

Hi, I am the founder of a project that has 30k + members. It is hyper-grew to this number in a few weeks.

We have so many people asking why they are not getting any notifications on both mobile and desktop. Some people even say that there is no red circle mark, which indicates that you are mentioned.

We are using `@everyone` to tag people in our #announcement channel, but the ping just doesn't go through.



Those users have their notifications ON and settings to receive the pings from mentions.

Any help is welcome, as this is time-sensitive for us. We are launching a project in the next few weeks, and it's super important to have engagement normalized.

I understand that Discord is sending only ping to people who are currently online. But look at the screenshot below; it says we are going to ping 5,000+ people, but only a few see our ping or notification.
