Hi Discord,

i have been using discord since 2019 and they are keep updating it for the betterment of peoples but there is a main issue on 2FAs. 2 days before i got hacked and till now i havent got my account back. i know that i am in a que of ticket but still there are many important things in that account.
I am suggesting a solution for this.

I am saying a good idea to Discord Staff/Discord Developers that is u need to ask a code on the verified email before adding 2FA also if we forgot the 2FA there must be an option to remove 2FA via email address. If this works most of the tickets will be cleared. 

This is a huge issue for discord users if they forgot or if a hacker hacks into the discord account and adds thier own 2FA the owners must be able to rest the passowrd without the 2FA and they need to remove 2FA without asking for 2FA codes.

Due to these 2FA many problems are arising the new users maybe in great trouble if they dont know how this works. So if its better to get a email code before adding 2FA..

    Agreed I got hacked but I still have my email attached to the account however 2FA is the reason I can not recover my account. I had 2FA enabled before the hack but now the codes say invalid codes. When I reset my password it requires me to enter the 2FA codes which do not work.

    Mellow U can submit a ticket. My account was successfully recovered after 2 days..

    I created a ticket Feb 6th they escalated it but no response yet.

    Mellow If Clyde have responded to your ticket. You will get recoverd but if there is no responce after 24 hours u need to create another ticket If you do that instantly there will be a responce from the discord support. 
    I am saying this because i got help like this.
