The lack of support is absolutely insane you try to reach out and you never receive an answer besides automated replies. This has led scammers on twitter with bot accounts bombarding posts tagging discord or discord support, disgusting

  I believe I've noticed this happening when I was trying to contact Discord support to also follow up on the progress on my ticket (which is STILL active) in regards to my account that was hacked since late last month.
  
  And I think if you're talking about scammers on Twitter, you're referring to those who say they can attempt to do “account recovery” - however, it's nothing more than more mousetraps to get money out of us.
  
  I do agree with you that the support departments at Discord are nothing short of horrible, but being hit with scammer accounts on Twitter trying to get answers about hacked Discord accounts (including mine) is even worse.
