How Useless Discord Trust and Safety is.
Discord's trust and safety team is an absolute joke. You hit them up with a serious issue, and what do you get? Some vague response that doesn't even address your problem. They claim to investigate, but I bet they don't do shit. It's like talking to a brick wall. Total waste of time and energy. They don't help you recover hacked accounts with 2FA enabled by hackers, or re-enabling falsely banned discord accounts. My account was hacked and 2FA was changed, and discord gives their shitty standard reply of “Based on findings of our investigations we can not disable multi factor auth” And they don't even tell us what they actually investigated. Same with my friend, he got his account banned falsely, and support always says “Your account was banned due to violation of TOS” and never actually helping. They should consider renaming to “Discord Trust and Bullshit team” Honestly even saying ‘trust’ is an overstatement, they close the tickets before you even reply. I've seen support teams WAY better than this bunch of clowns.

Every other part of discord support team is at least helpful in some way, trust and safety is ABSOLUTE SHIT.

i have the same problem, have you found like a work around, i was supposedly underage, and i sent them my uncensored birth certifcate and they just sent the same bot mail again and again it has been a week and i am having mental break downs. discord fix this

Apparently even if you have CLEAR proof you are owner or that you didn't break a rule. they don't care. All their ‘Support Agents’ do is give standard replies just to be done with the day and get their salary. Honestly you can not expect any progress with Trust And Safety. Your best bet right now is to make a new account or if somehow many people start reporting this lack of what qualities an actual support team needs, even thought discord loves ignoring the userbase, we might be able to force them to change their shitty policies. But for now, there is no hope with T&S

Tell me about it.

There is no work around. Discord Trust and Bullshit was the only way you could have done it. And right now they are useless.

They falsely disabled my account for tos. No proof or explanation, and proceeded to mark every ticket as solved with no reply. Their system is a joke.

“Your account was banned due to violation of TOS” - It's funny! This is EXACTLY what they told me in an email after my account was disabled.
“You violated our ToS/CG. We will never reinstate the account.” - A criminal would never contact them to gain access to his account. Of course I'm innocent.
They are marking every ticket as solved with no response. They are definitely a joke. That's a shame!

Yeah it's a shame. Recently got a feedback submission form from them, I told them how shit their support staff are, I doubt they will even look into it.

I tried my best, but I don't think they will read my tickets. “Clyde” bot is always giving that message. They have to be stupid enough to put a robot to answer a ticket.
I will continue sending tickets to them, until a human being answers me. I won't let them delete my account…

‘Angelo Armani’, if your account was scheduled for deletion then even emailing support is no use. you MUST login to prevent it, or it will delete in 15-30 days i think.

Update: After dealing with a few people, I’ve discovered some frustrating details. Initially, after we all contacted discord's support team, but they kept marking tickets as “solved” without actually resolving anything. Naturally, many of us created new tickets on the same topic since the problem persisted. However, Discord’s system flagged these new tickets as spam because they were about the same issue. As a result, our tickets are now ignored, and accounts are unrecoverable. This all happened because Discord’s support team failed to address the issue in the first place, leading to a cycle of unresolved tickets and spam flagging.
