My account got locked because of a scam

Help me guys!!!
I need to bring my account back…

A few days ago,  i got a DM from an unknown person saying that they want to report my account because it's “Simillar” to another account, and then suggested me to contact someone named Mark Smith.

When i first fell into this scam this person locked out my discord account.
Then he started to claim that “You have made fraudulent or unlawful purchases on the Discord platform”. after he said that , he's forcing me to pay 1900 USD to get the account back or he will file a claim in the court and i'm going to be guilty? 

I don't know what's happening 
I haven't bought anything from discord
I only got a Free Nitro from Opera GX, That's all.
 

My head hurts.. i haven't slept because of this guy…
Please help me…

He also messaged me with two account now that just changed positions in the name.
