No automated discord email when creating a ticket using support account

yo chat is this normal that i didn't get any automated email when making a request? and no response, worried something isn't working properly, anyone have any input?

    Support stopped replying. Many people have lost their accounts for being "incorrect age"

    Theres just a high demand in support right now, but im talking about making a ticket not via email but in the website, and not getting an automated email back at least saying we got your message, anyhow im sure trust and safety are verifying what they can asap especially if you have legal documents disproving “incorrect age” then you should be good

    Discord doesn't do the automated emails anymore I don't think, you have to check on https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests

    Hello Astolfo,

    Yes I also didn't receive any automated mail when I submitted my request on the website, they used to do it but not anymore I guess. If you got disabled for being underaged and that you sent your ID just wait, I had to wait 7 days to get my account back.
