"NEW" icon pop up speed when scrolling servers.

When you have a “NEW” message or alert from a server that you cannot currently see and need to scroll down to it a “NEW” pop up in red will appear in the direction you need to scroll.

If you have a large amount of servers when you scroll down to find the one with the alert the pop up will stay until you pass the server. The problem is there is a large delay (about .7 seconds) from when you scroll over the correct server and when the “NEW” message goes away. When you are scrolling through many servers this can make you think you have not gotten to that server yet. The pop up only goes away well after you have passed the server with the alert. 

My request is to make that “NEW” pop up more responsive such that it disappears immediately when the server it is pointing to becomes visible and reappears as soon as that server gets scrolled past.
