Discord needs a better support system
I know this has been harped on time and time again, and I'm not even the worst victim yet at least.
But Discord really needs to figure out how to divide and conquer as well as have A REAL QUE INSTEAD OF CLAIMING THEY HAVE ONE
I have had a ticket, 43897076, for two days now as a result of a successful scam. They got my account but no money fortunately, but as a result they moved onto my friends through my account.
One such friend fell for the scam today, and got her account back WITHIN THREE HOURS OF LOSING IT. I'm still waiting. I got an automated response from Nelly giving me some direction, and one from Morpheus telling me it's been escalated, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it's EXTREMELY upsetting to know I've been made to wait for who knows how long whereas my friend got hers back in the blink of an eye. My mental health has completely spiralled by this point not just because of this but I've just been having a really hard time in general, I really need help and nobody seems to be trying to help.
If I didn't know she had gotten her account back I would have probably been content with the automated responses, but knowing they can resolve a stolen account within three hours is just really REALLY upsetting. I understand they're understaffed and struggling to keep up with the sheer volumes of tickets but they should at least have a more timely response to hacker and scammer situations.
If they had an actual cue she would have been made to wait and I would have gotten my account back first, and there's no way her account was a higher priority than mine in terms of money attatched to it. I don't understand, does Discord just do a raffle to see which next lucky user gets their ticket answered?
If anyone from discord is reading this, please PLEASE help me with my ticket. I just need help, I'm in extreme distress over this whole thing. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's just so frusterating that I just can't do ANYTHING about this while my friend's issue was completely resolved.

It has almost been 2 months for my ticket now regarding my stolen account, the usual response time Is around the 2 month mark for these cases. If you managed to get your account back In a couple of hours then you hit the once In a lifetime lottery, I have lost everything on my account at this point because of how long I've had to wait.

All servers I was a part of AND made myself ( had a few semi large communities )
It's basically a brand new account at this point, the person that stole mine sold It off to someone else on day 22 which Is about a month ago now.
Edit: Forgot to mention, be careful with card info on your account(s). If you had your card saved on your discord account and he person decides to buy himself or someone else nitro with It and you get your account back and decide to do a chargeback then you'll lose your account because of ToS.
Never save card Info on your discord accounts ever, It's not worth the potential massive headache It can bring.

I've also been comprimised and scammed by fake discord staff members, but I still have access to my account thanks to 2fa and my phone number verification, the only problem I am dealing with right now is that I put the scammer's email on my account, but they don't know the password to my account because I have 2fa enabled and now I'm trying to put back my actual email. I've been waiting for 2 days for a response to me ticket.

It's reached day 19 for me of my ticket being open and being locked out of my account, still nothing from Discord.
