Account was falsely suspended for being underaged for a month and a week now and I still have not received help

Please help me 😢 My account that I've had since 2017 has been falsely deactivated for a month and a day now, I have been getting carelessly ignored since February 28th and please just want help. All for the false reason of discord finding evidence that I'm under the age of 13, I'm 16 and am completely grown and was born on October 31st 2007. I have no idea why discord has done this, although I do understand I like to make jokes online that could be interpreted as childish I am in no way under 13. I just want help please, I've given all the proof in the support tickets. My username is Garrettthecarrottt :(( Please fix this horrific mistake 😢
