Stolen Account -- Unauthorized Purchases

Recently, my Discord account got stolen, and when the hacker spent the remaining money that I had in my PayPal, both PayPal and Discord basically said
“Not our problem.”
And didn't even bother closing my help ticket.

I've lost $20, and all of my respect for both parties.
Do better.

    I feel that when I tried to appeal the claim in my PayPal my account got disabled/banned. And when I asked why they said I need to withdraw the dispute? I have been trying to contact them about it because I’m kind confused. They just keep sending a bot to my just saying the thing over and over again. I just want my account back and to talk to a real person for support.
