[UX Improvement] Discord Servers Sidebar auto scroll when swapping order

This should be an easy UI/UX fix with the desktop and mobile versions of Discord. 
I'm in so many Discord servers that when trying to swap and reorganize the Discord servers or folders of Discord servers on the left sidebar, the sidebar doesn't auto scroll as I click+hold an icon past the bottom or top of the side bar. This makes reorganizing a much more tedious process as I'll have to incrementally swap the servers around.
