Greater control over sharing and camera

Hello, I propose adding new permissions and separating permissions from video. The proposed permissions include: 

- the ability to turn on the camera on the voice channel 

– ability to view other users' cameras 

Justification of the proposal.

We are on a voice channel and sometimes we have cameras turned on and for privacy reasons we would like specific people to see the camera without fear of unauthorized people seeing it. We don't want to leave the channel to show something or throw out other users. The main problem is the fear of screenshots due to women being on cameras.
