I am Locked out of my maina ccount because of 2fa

I got logged out because of 2fa and, my main account has so much stuff since May 10, 2021. For some reason Discord without me knowing TURNED OFF MY SMS FOR LOGIN. I was not aware of SMS being turned off, and discord support is not helping, they keep telling me to delete my account. Like, HOW MUCH INFORMATION DO I HAVE TO GIVE? I GAV THEM IMAGES OF MESSAGES FROM 2021-2022 FULL SCREEN (I use PC) I gave them my, Phone number, email, username, display name, old username, user ID, etc. and apparently it is “not enough proof” or a “we can't do anything for privacy reasons” WHAT PRIVACY- I EVEN OFFERED TO SHOW MORE PROOF? Discord support is not very helpful at the moment, please improve. I am starting to quit using discord, I wrote 2, 5 paragraph essays to show how bad I want my account back. I've been patient for a month already. I am starting to lose patience at this rate.
