Accout got hacked

My discord account was hacked a little over a week ago. It occurred when I was talking to a friend who told me they had a project for me to look at. Little did I know he also got hacked and sent me a ZIP file for a final project, it was a supposed snake game and at the time not knowing he was hacked I clicked on it and I lost access to my account. My email and password was changed and I managed to get screenshots from my friends proving it got hacked and was sending them the same scam I fell for. After submitting a ticket with all the information and talking to a person who assured me the matter was elevated in status and waiting a week I finally got a message that said “Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request.” after all I showed and talked to someone who said they could help and there being people in the last who did get their accounts back this is what I get? I wish there was more I can do other than submitting a new ticket.
