Got banned for "stating that i'm underage" 5 days ago and to this day i didn't get any response from the support

So 5 days ago i said that I’m 12 (which is not actually my age, i'm alot bigger than that) in a server and one day after i got banned. The funny thing is, i got banned for the exact same reason 1 year ago and got my account back after 5-6 days. What can i do to speed up the process of unbanning my account? I opened 2 tickets in terms & support and 1 to general support.

1. Asked them to unban me because i already verified myself and followed up with the requirements of a selfie of me holding a passport (blurred everything except my birth date and passport image) with a note where my username is written.
2. Noticed that i opened the first ticket in the wrong category so i opened another one with all the details they need in the correct category.
3. Asked them if my tickets actually went through because i didn’t receive a confirmation for both and told them that they can close the first ticket because i opened it in the wrong category. For this ticket though i got an automated response that they received it but to this day I didn’t even get an answer for this simple question.

5 days already passed since the first ticket and i still haven’t gotten any response from them and the last activity time of all the tickets i opened stayed the same as 5 days ago. Is there anything i can do? Thanks all :)

    i got account disabled. didn't say a thing about numbers ! we were talking in Romanian. about cars, then suddently i got logged out .. and Account disabled.. LOL

    No all you can do is wait. You got very lucky with a 5 day response last time. Prolly not so much this time.

    ^i send a message in the ticket once every few days and hopefully i'd get response soon because it's making me go crazy i'm this close to cancel the nitro on that account and never use this platform ever again……

    Hello bro, on May 27, my account was banned for the same reason, there is no answer, sometimes I send a request to support. Your account has already been banned and is this the first time you’ve received a ban or the second?

    Mr. DimasiX second time after a year🥲 this is pretty annoying that they didn’t write anywhere that I already appealed once and the ban got lifted a year ago…

    2 years ago I was banned, then my account was returned 6 hours after the appeal, and now they haven’t responded for a week. I don’t understand why, maybe the support staff don’t have time to process requests right now?

    update: they closed all the other tickets i've opened after the first one, except of the first one. that's in the wrong category. sent a follow-up to the second ticket. all the ticket activities occured 4 hours ago and no response. someone called “Neptune” closed them

    i sent them the picture of me holding my id with a note where i wrote my username on - all in a one picture. to this day, i haven't gotten any response yet…

    So, did you get your account back? I have the exact situation as you (waiting for 11 days at this point). I sent the first ticket under the wrong category, when I tried to correct myself the bot instasolved my followup ticket and now I'm still waiting for someone to still read the first one lol

    Yeah, I think there are laws that make discord not be able to keep your id when its not needed and also you can blur out your name if ur unconfortable

    Yeah I'm just waiting, its been 25 days since my term, and I've read some other forums about people waiting at least 2 months until their account has been appealed and reopened. They'll usually only keep your first submission open and close all the other ones. Best regards to everyone else going through this!!
