DalooreR TurboJop you're really being unhelpful to this guy just sitting here telling him he won't get his account back and you're also just clogging up the whole forum with your own things just calling discord slurs, you're making the situation worse for everyone and you should just stop.

Exactly and instead of stfu and waiting to be unlocked he jumps on topics and pisses off others.

He will cry, he will get his account unblocked and instead of deleting his posts he leaves them and other people browsing these topics will be misled and will panic themselves

I'm already panicking myself bro, I'm waiting and all my friends are telling me is that I'm not getting it back, and I don't even know how to check if my appeal has been falsely solved or not, has this happened to you before .andre47 where you got banned and got your account back, just it took a long time?

not gonna lie you're right. I've just been waiting for 14 days and I'm pretty exhausted by the situation. I'm in a bad enough situation as it is, and now I'm locked out of my account. I had to speak up, if I get unblocked I will delete all my comments.

And what do I have to say? I have been waiting 15 days I have one active ticket with no answers. I wrote to the support on twetter then I know what to do - I have to wait. They said that the ticket is active in the system and waiting for the discord agent. By making more tickets you make you wait even longer and others wait even longer. If you have 12 active tickets then your latest one that you wrote is in such a situation as if you were writing it for the first time

That is, a person waiting statistically about 20 days without writing anything, you creating a new ticket on the 15th day causes you to confess to a response on the 35th day resulting in deletion of the account ;)

I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK!! It was exactly a month after I made my appeal. I got two emails today at 4:53am - The first one was to reset my Discord password, and the second one was an update to my ticket which simply stated that they have reinstated my account. Don't give up hope if you are still waiting - as long as you have at least one ticket open, it seems like you should be fine.

    My recommendations:

    - Make only ONE ticket, do not spam. It will take more time for them to get to you if you have multiple. Don't worry if you made multiple, but try not to make any more.

    - Do not add comments to your open ticket unless you need to provide more information (i.e. ID, selfie, etc). You do not want to risk being pushed further back in the queue

    - Based on multiple accounts I have seen here, I do not believe that your account gets deleted after 30 days IF you have an open ticket. Multiple people on the forum recently mentioned they got their account back after 30 days, so do not worry as long as you have an open ticket.

    - When it comes to forms of identification, the best would be a government issued ID with your face and birthdate. A driver's license is also good. It's best if it has your face + birthdate on the same document.

    - This is the worst part - you have to wait. It is agonizing and Discord support takes a REALLY long time to get back to you. I reached out to them via Twitter, Facebook, and the BBB - none of these actions made my account come back faster. They truly will ignore you until the last minute. Just rest assured knowing that if you followed their directions and have an open ticket, you should get your account back, even if it takes forever. Letting the ticket sit there while it moves further up the queue is the best option.

Thanks to everyone that gave me advice and shared this experience with me. It was terrible to wait while not even knowing the fate of my account, but I want to give some hope to everyone still waiting. It took 30 days to get my account back!

Hey Kat, I've been looking in on different forums a lot and saw you posted this a couple of minutes ago, and I'm really worried about knowing whether or not my tickets are active, I have no idea how to check if they are active or inactive or even see them in general, do you know where I could go to check that? Also there was some miscommunication with my grandmother on the subject so I ended up posting 3 tickets and her 4, before I read up on why you shouldn't spam tickets, is it possible I stay disabled for that?

Arch51, click on your username on the top right, and then go to my activities, it should show you the tickets you have sent and their status

Thank you for telling me this information, it's really helpful, but at the same time my situation just got far worse, I know I shouldn't have made three different tickets, but I made one 5 days ago, 6 days ago, and 7 days ago, all of which have been “solved” without me receiving any information of it.
