Is an account wrongly banned by Discord for violating child safety hopeless?

Likeedlike  I also wondered if it was my account's age setting that caused the violation, but I have repeatedly stated in my appeal that both I and the members of my community are adults who are about to graduate from university (although I didn't specify the ages). However, they just use their bots to quickly scan through and reply with, "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."

Alright, if their reply still fails tomorrow, I'll upload my basic age information and a picture of my national ID card in the appeal form. Thank you for your response.

I'm in the same boat, I did nothing wrong and received the same punishment. How are people doing this? Why are people doing this? It's a real waste of time, considering there are frequently very real situations to make a genuine child safety report on a malicious user.

I don't know if we'll get our accounts back, considering support's notoriously horrible reputation. I wish you the best.

All I know is that it might be some system of there's going rogue or something. Might be worth filing an bug report in addition to making your ban appeals
