    I'm experiencing the same issue too man. The Discord Support account on Twitter said they're going through tickets as fast as they can, but I assume that's only during business hours. Their team claims to be working 24/7 but there's definitely nobody working on sundays, but hopefully they'll be able to do something throughout this week.
    Best we can both do is wait, I have sent them messages on Twitter too and they seem to be completely ignoring both my replies to them and my DMs.

    Man their moderation is worse than any of other platform. Ive been falsely banned from discord, even when my account age is now 4 years, they decide “hmm, might just ban because yes”. Wow man they are SUCK at making better moderation.

    Yarishbulekov It makes sense as to why they'd ban someone even for joking they're under 13 since they are forced to follow COPPA's stuff.
    The issue is that their T&S team is most likely very small and is unable to handle large volumes of tickets. I assume this is also why some tickets get completely ignored or have delayed responses, it really is frustrating that it takes 10 days on average for them to respond.

    Man i didnt ever say about my age. I wasnt joking or i wasnt telling. Thats straight up strange. What are their team? Flies with micro neuron activation? No wonder why their moderation is worst by days.

    Yarishbulekov I looked through my messages on an alt account and found out that I've joked on userphone about being 8 and well many other different ages. I'll probably delete all these messages once I get access back to my main since that's the reason why I got flagged by automod in the first place.
    I think you got banned because you either joked about it at some point in the past (for example my jokes were literally from years ago) or someone edited a message in such a way that it makes you seem like you said you're underage. Either that, or a message of yours got reported out of context; It doesn't matter anymore anyways, appealing is the same no matter how you got banned for being underage.

    I really wish the support team was better but like, insulting or being mean towards them doesn't really change anything, you just have to be persistent, I'm sure eventually we'll both get our accounts back even if that may take up to 30 days (I really don't like thinking that I won't be able to access my main for literally a month out of my 3 months of vacation).

    I'm sorry. I'm just being frustrated upon what is happening nowadays and these hours are not changing to anything better. Yet it always has to be critical at some point, guess many people wouldn't handle those moments.

     It certainly doesn't help much when they automatically close your tickets. Research tells me that we should patiently wait for an response, but I got warned and subsequently banned for deleting an message; so II'm pretty much in the dark about this

    Thereclaimer So apparently if you make too many tickets they will be closed and merged. I have 3 ongoing tickets, but since they're all in different categories I assume they won't be automatically merged by the bot.

    Metanioo Mohammad Yarishbulekov Thereclaimer  Second time they have mentioned this, hopefully the T&S “team” is actually going through the tickets as fast as possible.

    In the meantime, I have found out that the Trust & Safety team has 2 employees. Yes, that's right there are 2 people tasked with handling all the T&S related tickets, that is insane. It also explains the long waiting time; No wonder they can't keep up with all the tickets especially after a ban wave.

    this would be a lot simpler if you could at least still use your account, i got disabled because i had to do a charge back due tot he billing team just not responding to me at all. and now here i am with no account and 1 week in with 0 response besides the bot.

    Yeah, companies generally hate chargebacks; but at least the other sites that I've used tended to be more responsive

    Bro they need to make an ID verefication and all the problems would suck back along. Also from what they post, thats the biggiest cap i ever heard from them.

    Hello my friends, my account has been enabled once again, but I have received no confirmation message. After 13 days, they seemed to have read all of my tickets.
    I was banned for certain messages I sent years ago.

    Well, it's certainly an improvement from just waiting 17-19 days, obviously. I'm stuck waiting for 8 or 9 days, at this point
