My Ticket For Getting My Account Hacked Is Getting "Solved" In 2 minutes Without Any Explanation Or Reply
The person assigned to my ticket is Bell Pepper , who I honestly doubt has even read my ticket as I've provided ROCK SOLID proof thatI was scammed by someone posing as Discord support and I've attached a bunch of screenshots just to make my case !!!
I have sent repeated replies to reopen the ticket and it's like a practical joke being played by the support to just close tickets they aren't even interested .
SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO ?! I'M WAY BEYOND FRUSTRATED . I need answers !!!
If they are unable to yet tend to my ticket,WHY ARE YOU MARKING IT SOLVED AND INSTEAD JUST LEAVE IT “ OPEN” UNTIL THEY ARE ABLE TO DO SO ?!!!

I got another bot response 8 hours after asking for clarification, fwiw, I'm 11 days in, and I think I'm making progress. But the bot said that it's an temp (2 years) ban, but I highly doubt it

Well if you read their F'd up policy it actually states disabled for 30 days = your account deleted. So sounds like they are just getting rid of you. Same as me 2 year disabled means that 30 days is guaranteed to hit and they delete you so they will no longer know who you are. They explicitly say they'll forget you and be unable to help in 30 days.

This is very unacceptable. I have a lot of servers only for me that have pictures of my family, me, and my dog, as well as my banking information. I trust Discord so much, and I knew this would happen. I would get hacked eventually, but I felt it would be easier to recover, but I guess not. I am 2 days in. I was hacked on the 4th of July by a remote access trojan. I trusted them so much, and they just dismissed me.

That’s frustrating. Have you tried reaching out directly to customer support or checking their forums by halloween squishmallows 2024 for similar issues? Sometimes escalating the ticket can help.
