Hacked discord+discord support email
I have sent discord support several tickets but they always say "It appears that the email address you are writing in from is not the email address you had described when creating your ticket. Since it seems like you're currently asking about an account associated with a different email address, please send us a new ticket through the other email address via our support form instead and our team can check on that request through there." This is what I send them:
"I got hacked (X amount) days ago, during the initial hacking I got an email on the email I have for my discord, saying that my email was now signed up for "Zendesk". I had no idea what that was until I went to discord support. The hacker has made it so I cannot make an account for discord support with my main email. I sent in a ticket to you earlier, but you put it under "solved". I have since regained my email, but now the issue is that discord claims there is no user that has that email, meaning that the email is completely changed. I try to go to the "forgot password" option on zendesk so I can send you a mail from my original email, but no email arrives. I tried this email (my new email) and a password came immediately, which means that the hacker has made it so there is another way for them to receive "forgotten password" mails."
Any idea what to do? I can't find any information on what to do if discord support email has been compromised… I really don't want to lose 7 years of fun messages and chats and memes sent between friends I can't contact in any other way.

okay so one, don’t send multiple tickets, the will mark you as spam and ignore you, two, on one of the tickets you got a reply from, keep fighting them on it, as they hold onto your email for a questionable amount of time and they should know the original email to said account, this isint your fault, it’s theirs.

Sadly they just keep marking everything as “solved”.
