Discord Account Falsely Disabled For Being "Underage"
Hi discord, my account Digisonix#4138 was falsely disabled last night for being “underage” because trolls spam reported my account. I sent a ticket out but have not gotten a response yet.

been waiting 11 days and same thing, just AI response and marking my ticket as solved.

same problem its been 5days since my account got suspended and did create ticket stating that I'm not an under age user but a 24 year old who is using discord since 2018.
Btw any reply now its been 3 days since u posted it here.

I just created a new ticket because turns out, i submitted my ticket in the wrong category and the image was bad. I put my ticket in the appeals category when i was supposed to submit it in update age information, i just created the new ticket in the correct category and with a better image so we'll see how this ticket goes

I have ticket in appeal category too should I change it to update age information but I 2 tickets already open . By the way who told you to make ticket in update age information category and is it really the right way.

yes I guess it could be a good sign same thing happed to me but they closed my main and correct ticket instead of wrong sections ones so I made new ticket again with age update section and a follow up on previous one
Btw any new update on your ticket ??
