Voice Channel Permissions

It would be extremely useful for mods to be able to create voice channels and set non-moderators as said voice channel's admin/moderator/owner. So therefore people who are not moderators of the server can have their own private talk space with them and a few other friends. The voice channel admin could decide who is allowed into the channel via User ID invites or a password. Obviously, server admins and moderators can bypass this and join whenever they need to.

This creates the opportunity for discord communities to grow, as people who are not admins but perhaps use a discord server for communication as a lot of their friends use that server could apply to the moderation staff and ask for a private room to be created by them. Growing Discord communities helps content creators expand their audience, which increases the likelihood of Discord being used as a communication medium between influencers like YouTubers or Twitch Streamers and their fans.
