Suggestion: Emoji Slots Allocation

I noticed you are limited to 50 emoji slots and 50 animated emoji slots. Seeing as still image emojis are used much more often than gif ones, and they take up less space, we should be allowed to upload over 50 emojis at the price of them intruding into our animated emoji space. The max number of emojis would still be limited to 100.

For example: you could have 63 emojis all still image, and 10 animated, leaving 27 emoji slots left for either. 

Opposite example: You have 50 animated emojis and 10 still, leaving 40 slots that could only be occupied by still images.
