 I think there should be an option to set ringtones for specific friends, that way you would know who's calling without having to close your game!!

    tbh, Install BetterDiscord and then in process it will kill discord process  for rest, Then same to do install Bandaged BD, then again, it will kill discord process for rest, and then you can see new options in user settings. Well i warn that i dont know rest so watch video for rest. I hope this helped you!
