suggestion-server setting+user setting option-mute join sound in voice channels

While some may find this useful ,when they hear that sound , i think it's quite annoying when you are hearing music using a bot like rythm .Imagine now if the server has many members and you have to hear that sound all the time OR if some of them have bad connection and they join-leave-join again all the time , it's quite annoying . There should be an option to mute that sound both in server settings and user settings because some people are not familiar with discord and they might not find that option.
