Discord UI update.

The text channels for discord are TERRIBLE. I don't think anyone would disagree with this. How about a little spice for them? Maybe make them more "forum" like? Everything you would need is already there. Just some sub categories for the sub categories? While you're at it how about a news "pop-up" window to people are alerted to specific news that the administrator believes to be super important and shouldn't be missed.

Maybe also let us sub-categorize  audio channels to text channels and vice versa?
