Image Filter Bypass Permission

It would be great if there was a way to allow certain roles to bypass the image filter rather than any role or no role. I have had several images appear that were false-positives and in order to post them I would have to disable the filter globally and post the picture then re-enable the filter. This just isn't practical from many perspectives. A warning message could remind people that that image *may* contain explicit material but they can choose to ignore the filter if they have permission to if the filter is wrong.

Obviously, this permission would need to be handed out only to trusted individuals but I think it would serve it's purpose.
