Focus Pings

Currently pings are set up like:
@role1 OR @role2 OR @role3

Where every person with roles 1, 2, or 3 are pinged.

It would be nice to be able to ping people with all 3 roles like:

@role1 AND @role2 @ AND @role3

 

For instance, say I'm looking for a @writer to collab with. But not every writer is interested in collaborating, nor are that many writers active. So I'd want some way to tag only people with these three roles: @writer @here @collaber

  I totally agree this would be a nice feature. If there arent many role combinations, ive been just making a channel for each combination and then people can just do "@ here" in the channel for the combination they want. But this idea would be much easier
