Full Screen and Windowed mode toggle button stays static

Hello,

I am using latest Windows 10 Pro (Version 1803, OS build 17134.472), and also with Windows 10 Dark in the windows default app color setting (The built-in dark mode Windows 10 has).
Using Discord application shows the full screen - windowed mode toggle button on the top right, yet in full screen mode, the application shows the same icon as the one for windowed mode. This is different from all other windows 10 applications/programs, which use a different icon for the button when the application is in full screen mode.

Please view the attached photos. I believe they might provide a good demonstration of the issue.

The different icon in full screen mode allows better understanding whether the application is running in full screen or just used in windowed but resized to fit the full screen. It can be problematic when using multiple screens. I believe your developers would understand and identify with this issue.
