discord should make some kind of point system in a server if you want it.
that if you play games you get more points, if you are more active in discord you get more points etc...

  Discord is a place for people to have fun tbh, not to compete for who's the "best".

  sure but that's why it's a feature you can turn on and off in your server

  there are bots that serve similar purposes i.e MEE6 can award users XP for participating in chat
