Server role seperation

I ran into the problem of not wanting the Bier8 Moderator edit the Programmers role so I was stuck with a desicion of choosing who I want to have above the other, but thats not really what I would like. So I thought why not make a suggestion ? My idea was a sort of 3D system for roles so they can be seperated and make them behave differently instead of one standing under the other.
