Kinda prevented from using the app

Hi, I've basically been having some issues lately. I'd honestly prefer to talk things over via voice on my account because the situation is somewhat bizarre and I thought that others may be having the same issue. If one of your staff could make the time, it would be greatly appreciated ^^ Basically here is the bullet points version:
-I had an update which I did the other day, had a few issues.
-Thought it worked out fine as it then began to work (I have literally zero idea why, it just kinda did)
-Now I'm limited to the browser version because... I honestly don't know lol. Just because I guess. The app keeps hitting me with an error and I seem to be unable to uninstall to start over. Downloading it again simply leads to the same error.
