Activity System for Servers

I think that you should have an indication (refer to screenshots, very rough but just a prototype) if a server is active, and for me that means if people are actively checking and sending messages in the server. This would be helpful because (1) It would show people inactive servers (2) It would help people find active servers to chat with, talk about general stuff and interact.
