PTT/Mute/unmute notification sounds play even when not in voice channel

Please implement a way to disable mic-related notification sounds when you're not in a voice channel.

Like many others, I use my side mouse buttons for controlling my mic when I'm in a voice channel. Either as push-to-talk or as push-to-mute/unmute. This works a treat, but when I'm not in a voice channel I need to use these buttons for a variety of other things, such as back/forward navigation, or actions in games, etc. When I do so Discord dutifully continues to notify me that my Mic is being muted/unmuted, etc, regardless of the fact that my headset isn't even on. It's endlessly frustrating and the only way I can stop it is to close Discord, which I don't want to do. Read: this lack of feature objectively makes me use your program less.

Yeah I agree, it's weird that this is still a thing, me typing this message and hearing boops whenever I hit my PTT key. If you're not in a voice channel or call, you probably shouldn't hear the sounds for toggling mic or PTT.
