Need global notification settings

I couldn't care less about messages that aren't directed at me, but I'm drowned by notifications from all sorts of places all the time, because it takes 5 minutes to mute every single channel on every server, and then notifications somehow still make it through.

There needs to be a global toggle for "ignore all but ... [at me]". To make it more useful you could add [my groups] and similar options.
