Odd Random Graphical Glitch/Artifacting when Receiving Messages

Every now and then, I've been noticing a very strange glitch on my screen in the bottom right hand corner. At first I suspected my video card may be faulty, as I recently upgraded it. But I think I've found a pattern where it corresponds to Discord receiving messages. Sometimes. I haven't been able to catch any pictures or videos of it so I really don't have any proof. It happens just above the clock, where the wallpaper is. It sort of looks like a few flashes of blurry yellow-ness. It's almost as if a window is trying to flash there that doesn't exist. I'm not sure how to capture proof of it since I would have to record my desktop constantly in hopes of catching it, and I'm running low on HDD space. I guess all I can do is bring this to your attention in case somebody else also has this issue. It only started happening within the last week, very randomly. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but finding the correct place is way too much work.

Report it as a bug in the discord testers server rather than feedback. They'll be able to deal with it and fix it better. 👍
