[Suggestion] Include jemoticons

Hi folks! (￣▽￣)ゞ

Not sure how well known are the jemoticons but, I was thinking it would be awesome to have this new tipe of emoticons in the emote tab. As a western person I don't have any feature to produce this kind of emoticons myself.
