Server Role Suggetion

Can discord add an option so that members who are in a role can change the role color or even permission if they have a specific permission which can be enabled only from the server owner. Example if someone has a role named (*) and they want to change it, they can't, but if discord adds an option to roles so that if it is enabled on a role, someone from the specified role can change the color, and this permission must be specific so even if you have Administrator permissions, you can't change the role color. I hope you understand what I am trying to say :)
