GIF files not displaying as intended

I've been experimenting making some simple pixel art gifs using GIMP, and I've noticed when I upload it to discord the gif doesn't display properly and there's some artifacting going on or something, and black bars appear, despite not showing up in the editor, or in the windows photo viewer. I've added it down below in case you're able to reproduce it
