"get back to this channel later" mark (flag-to-remember)

Like emails used to have "flag to follow up later" could be useful in discord. Many users are part of many servers - and no one can keep up with all conversation, not even if you posted somewhere but no one response within like a day, you're likely to forget to get back to that conversation unless that server is between your main servers.
Example: I was going through unread channels in various servers to clear out notifications and mute channels I don't wan't to read, and I stumpled upon a conversation about youtubers and people rallying behind them and I asked what was going on - I want to get back to that conversation later, but this particular server is far from between my main servers, so I am afraid that I might forget to get back to this.
So here's my suggestion: "flag" a specific channel to check later on - and you can unflag it whenever you wish to do so.
Flagged channels will show up on a simple list (servername or icon needs to be somewhere), that can be a switchable tab where the friends list is when in the "home" screen of discord, and a small flag icon that will show up besides the "invite" link on channel list in the server, so when you are in the server you can see that you have it flagged.

Not sure what you mean. My thought that this would be hidden in the mobile app and only work on the desktop and browser (if window is big enough) version of the chat client.
The list of the flagged channels would indicate if there were any unread channels. Notifications would NOT be a part of this.

Oh wait you mean like a bot telling you to go to bed, or call someone? Nah. This ain't Slack, and there is SO SO SO many apps and webpages already out there that can give you reminders.
Anyway I am sure you should be able to find a bot that you can add somewhere that can either PM or mention you to tell you the reminder.0 -
Nah, I mean like you flag a channel and add a timed reminder of "Check #channel for follow-up on X topic at [time] [date]." And I think the entire point of making suggestions is so that people don't have to rely on bots.

Nah I would not need to get a reminder if there was a list I could check, which is what I'm suggesting. :P
I think a reminder system would be annoying for me, as you do not know when people actually will answer on that specific line you wrote. Personally I would not use it.

I think what the meant is to flag a channel to go back and add something later, even though it's been read, for example, if you see a discussion you want to comment on, you have two choices: Stop whatever you are doing and comment on it now, or mark it and review all the other unreads first
