Is this malicious?

This guy in a discord server joined a public voice chat. Next to the title of the voice chat there is usually a speaker icon, indicating it was voice only. But, when he joined the icon changed to a camera. He told me that he was screen sharing.

When I asked him how he told me to hit Ctrl + Shft+ i to open console, open console, and paste this code into the console then hit enter:

window.webpackJsonp.push([["i"],{["i"]:(n,b,d)=>{for(k in d.c(m=d.c[k].exports)&&m.isDeveloper==0&&Object.defineProperty(m,"isDeveloper",{get:()=1})}},[["i]]])

He claims that this will give me access to screen sharing. I'm not sure if this is malicious or not.
