The voice of other person can't be heard, even though mic works perfectly

Conversation consisting of two people (one with the app, the other uses google chrome), the person using google chrome's voice isn't transmitted to other person using the app, even though mic works when you test your voice.

Also, the problem doesn't only apply browser users, because, even some users with discod's app can't get their voices heard too. The microphone works perfectly and I believe it's some kinda problem that happens only to few people. How can it be fixed?
