Problems with VC

Since days I have problems with my VC, and Discord does not help. Where is a support-hotline? Where do I ask for help? I keep cutting out for the people in my chat, and they keep cutting out for me. The article here doesn't help at all, because the design changed. What am I supposed to do now? The few features that the "debug" system has only gives me the information that everything works fine. Guess what? It does not. Useless.
