Make an option to require "spoiler" on photos in NSFW chats?

I think it would be a decent idea to be able to toggle a channel option that requires photos to have a spoiler tag. This would alleviate issues in NSFW chats first of all, and allow users to CHOOSE what content they see. A lot of NSFW servers have "separate" nudes channels, and a lot have all nudes in one channel, and it would be a good idea for both types of servers to be able to add this option when photos are posted.

I think this could go a step further, and say like have a new channel setting that automatically spoilers pictures, instead of just forcing people to have typed it.
