Toggling Scroll Lock allows Arrow Keys to scroll

The ability to quickly edit your last message with arrow key up is really useful. When I started out on Discord, I used to hate it because for me, the arrow keys are used to scroll pages. With an ever increasing amount of chatting and an equally increasing number of typos, I have come to love this, however.

Still I do miss the ability to slowly scroll using the arrow keys, and Page Up and Down aren't exactly the most pleasant way to scroll if you just want to scroll a little and don't wanna switch to your mouse or god forbid, your laptop mouse pad thing.

Thanks to this YouTube video which randomly popped up in my recommendations (thanks algorithm), I have discovered the magic of the Scroll Lock key and thought it could solve exactly this dilemma.

So my suggestion is to be able to use Scroll Lock in order to change the mode of the arrow keys between the current quick edit feature to a smoother scroll experience.

Summary:

Toggling Scroll Lock changes the function of the Arrow Keys from editing the last message to scrolling the chat and vise versa.
