Insert GIF as link if there already is a message in text bar

When writing a message and pressing on a GIF from the GIF selector, paste in the link to the GIF instead of deleting the current message and only posting the GIF

  Lol.  I like how there are multiple support request tickets for this issue (I just made one too!) with no response from Discord.  Wow.  Just Wow.
