Suggestion: Ability to hide individual user icons? (Not from everyone, just you)

Like the title says, not from everyone, just for yourself. Some people put really gross, NSFW, or uncomfortable things as their icons and it would be nice to be able to hide what individual people's icons are just from yourself. I don't wanna be That Guy policing other people's icons, that's rude and they have a right to set them to whatever they like! Maybe it could just blur out like how spoiler images do, or reset to the default Discord user icon until you turn it off for that user.

  Yes this feature would be very much appreciated! I'm trying to avoid spoilers but many of my friends on servers have profile pics with images containing spoilers, and a hide feature would be really good.
